Imaging Network Lead

Franklin has led the DPUK Imaging Network since 2019, developing the first nationwide PET-MR network for brain imaging. As Professor of Molecular Imaging Chemistry at the Wolfson Brain Imaging Centre, University of Cambridge, his interests include developing imaging probes and using imaging for early diagnosis and studying variants of dementia including Alzheimer's disease, dementia with Lewy bodies, progressive supranuclear palsy, and frontotemporal dementias.
