Maria Bunyan
DPhil Student
Maria is a DPhil (PhD) student at DPUK with the University of Oxford’s Department of Psychiatry. She is co-producing a digital behavioural intervention to reduce dementia risk in older adults with industry collaborators: Five Lives. She is funded by the Oxford-MRC iCASE DTP and is a Radcliffe Scholar. Before coming to Oxford she completed a MSci in Psychology at University College London, where she worked in Professor Spiers’ Spatial Cognition Lab on neuroimaging studies.
Maria is interested in all things Psychology, Psychiatry and Neuroscience. Alongside her work in the lab she enjoys attending and participating in AI, data science and ethics talks.
