The Alzheimer’s Disease Data Initiative is a coalition of leading academic, advocacy, government, industry, and philanthropy organizations that recognizes the need for dementia researchers to find easier ways to share unpublished data, analytical tools, and scientific findings. These partners are working together to accelerate progress towards new diagnostics, treatments, and cures in Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.

Th AD Data Initiative recently launched the AD Discovery Portal, a user-friendly, publicly accessible dataset catalog designed to enable researchers to explore novel Alzheimer's disease and related dementias data that are available via the AD Workbench – a secure, free, cloud-based data sharing and analytics environment.

The Discovery Portal features catalog entries from across industry and academia, leveraging interoperability with data platform partners including Answer ALS, the American Heart Association, Dementias Platform UK (DPUK), The Global Alzheimer's Association Interactive Network (GAAIN), Vivli, European Platform for Neurodegenerative Diseases (EPND), Health Data Research UK (HDRUK), and others.

Wee invite researchers, scientists, and experts engaged in the ADRD field to explore the AD Discovery Portal and access available datasets via the AD Workbench. By making data more easily findable, shareable and analyzable, the AD Discovery Portal and AD Workbench equip researchers with the tools needed to accelerate Alzheimer's research and unlock new discoveries.

Explore datasets and further your research via the AD Discovery Portal.
